The Coffey Compass Group is a high-producing real estate team whose focus is customer service and RESULTS!

We specialize in properties that previous agents couldn’t get sold. Mark Coffey comes from a background rich in construction where he was the sole owner of his own company for several years before entering real estate.  Patsy Coffey has been a real estate office manager and agent for 24 years.  Their combined knowledge of homes and land from the ground up allows them to better understand every piece of the buying/selling process.  The team also has a marketing manager with 15 years real estate experience and transaction coordinator to give you quality service from listing to closing.

Patsy L. Coffey

Patsy Coffey has been a Realtor since 1996, when she won Rookie of the Year and has remained at the top of her field ever since. Her career has evolved over time, with tons of experience from office manager to team co-founder. One aspect that has remained the same over time is Patsy’s love of helping others, her professionalism and scoring in the top 3% of agents nationally. Patsy is co-owner of Keller Williams offices in Mooresville and Monrovia, a construction company and high-producing real estate team.
Outside of work, Patsy enjoys spending time with her two grown sons and 7 amazing grandkids, cruising around the world and at 5 in the morning-you will always see Patsy starting her day at CrossFit-with as many people as she can recruit. A true warrior inside and outside of the office!

Mark Coffey, Team Lead

Mark Coffey is a life-long resident of Morgan County, growing up in Mooresville and graduating from Monrovia High School in 2001. As a father of 2 incredibly active teenagers, Mark has always been heavily involved in local sports. Coaching and advising on and off the field is a huge passion. Mark is co-owner of Keller Williams offices in Mooresville and Monrovia, owns a construction company and leads a very productive real estate team.

A current member of the Morgan County Leadership Academy, Mark’s down-time revolves around community and bettering the social, financial and overall well-being of local organizations.

Always up for a laugh and good time, Mark loves to hang out with clients and friends and can be seen on the golf course, at any sporting event or cheering on those around him.

Rebecca Coffey, Marketing Coordinator

Rebecca Coffey has been involved in the real estate world since 2003. She was in college for pre-med, when she decided to try another path and has never looked back. Rebecca has worn many hats, initially being a solo agent, joining Patsy Coffey in 2005 and The Coffey Compass Group in 2018 as the Marketing Coordinator.

If you see Rebecca outside of work, she will probably be biting her fingernails and cheering on her 2 boys at games, traveling with them and her husband of 18 years around the country, attending church at Lifeway Apostolic or finding a cool, new restaurant. Rebecca’s passion is helping people and enjoying every moment to the fullest.

Paul Reed, Broker Associate

Paul Reed is a happily married man with 4 great kids. He grew up in Plainfield, but has relocated to Center Grove, where his wife (Kathryn) is a teacher. Paul graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelors in Business and is a licensed OSHA outreach trainer. A safety professional with 15 years in General Industry and Construction, he found that he enjoys helping people find the home of their dreams more, and started his real estate career in early 2021. Paul assists clients in every aspect-from selling and buying to new builds and land purchases.

In his free time, Paul enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and volunteering with The Coffey Compass Group charities.

KC Earls, Agent

Kc Earls is a life-long resident of Morgan County, growing up in Mooresville and graduating from Mooresville High School. Kc attended Judson University on an athletic scholarship where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. In his down time, you can find him instructing basketball camps and coaching in youth leagues. Kc’s passion for making connections and building relationships has inspired him to enter the rewarding career of real estate.

There is not enough stars on here to give Mark Coffey for all the help he gave us in the selling and buying process of our homes. Mark bent over backwards for us. I can guarantee he will not give up and he WILL get the job done. He had our home sold in less then a day. He went above and beyond any realtor that I have ever heard of to ensure the sale of our home went as smooth as possible. This included coming to our home upon his own accord to put 10 coats of paint on the dilapidated barn that the appraiser gave value to just so it would pass inspection. This was his time, his money, and his own equipment. Who does that for someone they have only known for a couple weeks? Mark did. He truly cares about his clients.
